Charles Frederick Potter was a Justice of the Peace for Selby, Orleans County, New York


A letter explaining to Mr. Potter that Mr. Burroughs will not be able to attend an upcoming Inspector of schools meeting and asking Mr. Potter to attend in his place. Signed by S. M. Burroughs and dated December 3, 1833.
