Nice leading lines taking the eye past the abandoned looking buildings. Superb composition. V

The blanket of snow emphasizes the lack of activity in the area. Love your comp.

Great leading lines, taking me straight to the very interesting pair of eyes looking back. V

Many things to like about this. The footprints running along the track (which could well be your own of course), both suggesting a trip down that way, and the sharpened lines of all of the structures contrasting against the softness of that set of eyes. It's a very chilly image in more ways than one.

Love the eyes showing dismay. Well seen!

The rails make very strong leading lines in this cold and wintery image. The clarity and tonal range are excellent in this moody capture Julie. Very nicely shot!! We are supposed to get 2 feet of snow tomorrow and Saturday so maybe some snow photography for me if I can get out. V+

Excellent contrast. Very nice curving leading line and the footsteps in the snow are beautiful. Wonderful B&W, Julie. Vote.

Many elements of interest here. I like how the tracks lead to the "eyes". "V"

I agree with everything said below

I like how the tracks lead the eye into the distance, and somehow the scene looks less foreboding to me in snow. V.

very nice composition with those tracks leading to the distant board.V.

crisp yet muted...a precisely delineated scene..
Nick Paoni21-Jan-2016 03:58
A brilliant composition. The strong leading lines lead the viewer to the eyes on the billboard, which otherwise might have been missed. V
