The construction of the 105-stories high hotel of was started in 1987 but only finished in 2011, though its not in use at the moment. Almost 330m/1080ft high, its the highest structure in Pyongyang and the 49th highest building in the world.
In front of us are two military trucks and for the rest the streets are mostly empty. Would love to see this hotel from much closer by one day.
