11-JAN-2016 Through my Kitchen Window

01 11 2016 Javelina!

At Home, J-Six West, Southeastern Arizona

To be honest, I was not really happy to see a family of Javelina (collared peccary) in my frosty
backyard this morning.
I used to like seeing them until they got under my house when my daughter was living here!
Now, I'm not so welcoming. Besides - they eat so much!!

I'd have to compare this the woodchucks in our area of Virginia - - we need "Not Welcome" signs for these pests

Good image Carol, but I wouldn't like them living under my house either.

not only that, they're also destructive. Still a terrific photo from this memorable encounter.

What an adorable piggy! If this is like the ones in Texas, then it is a very destructive critter. V
