Two bays of the Bonnet Carre' Spillway opened and the Mississippi spills through

A cold and windy day as workers begin opened the Spillway to let the floodwaters travel to Lake Pontchartrain. Seen through the opened bays are petro-chemical plants on the other side of the River.
