There were small fish, but lots of them. Great White Egret left behind by the flock - but I'm guessing it
met up with its flock a few miles south...:)

Thanks, Hal, for your kind comment. Turns out almost all our birds in our neck of the wood migrate, with a few exceptions. This particular bird is fairly rare in our area.

A super image Terry. The catch always adds to the interest of an already good image. l didn't know that these birds migrate.
