Tells a multiple story here, Julie. This is excellent work. Love that you waited for his foot to rise off the ground. Profound photo. Vote.

You have an uncanny ability to capture moments that seem timeless. This image is somehow very strong. You're off to a great start to 2016. Bravo!

Reminds me of my father, the avid railfan/photographer who spent hours walking the tracks up until he was 82. V
Alan K03-Jan-2016 00:44
I like the lines leading away (the railway, the power lines, the fence), all following the central figure. There's a story there, but one that can only be imagined; and soon because soon the subject will be gone.
Walter Otto Koenig03-Jan-2016 00:44
Strong image with the man on the track. It symbolizes to me he can not get off and walks to an uncertain future. Excellent work Julie. "V"
Allan Jay03-Jan-2016 00:26
Stark leading lines and your perspective lend to a
engaging image, Julie!

Powerful image... looks like the 1930's (2016) depression throughout the USA...
