This was taken with my Iphone today. It is a little noisy, but I like how the clouds look so I didn't reduce the noise. I had brought my camera, but I accidentally left my camera on all day and the battery was dead. I will bring a back-up battery from now on.

I got stung by that once too; not leaving it on, just chewing through it. Fortunately it's post-Christmas sale time even at some camera stores sooooo... there's now a backup in my bag, amongst a few other price-reduced toys. As I said at that time, the best camera is the one you have.

the graininess seems apt for the stormy conditions...curiously, here a cluster of posts in the water like this one is known as a dolphin..
