This view of the Big Spring Park Christmas Tree trail is looking west-southwest, toward VonBraun Center and the Embassy Suites Hotel. The Christmas Tree Trail is comprised of hundreds of Christmas trees, with varying levels of sponsors ranging from individuals to large corporations. The Christmas trees wrap around a large portion of the lake near Von Braun Center. The lake is fed by Big Spring that flows from the base of a cliff beneath Huntsville's old State Bank, located on the Southwest side of the Square. Camera was hand-held, but my wrist was resting on Anne's shoulder.
