Perky Bros was originally established in 1883 as a transfer and storage company in Kansas City.
This now abandoned building was built in 1921.

Perky Bros no longer has a Kansas City presence.
Plus the neighborhood around the building has radically change.
Note the bars on the windows. And the steel door.
