Abigail's Party

The Met Office has started naming storms, and the first ever named storm "Abigail" is due to blow across Scotland tonight.
She has already put on her party frock and started to act a bit breezy.

And last year was unnamed weather.

What an excellent capture of the angry waves. I have to agree with Laine, we never forget our bad storms, Hurricane Alicia in 1983. Tropical Storm Allison in 2001 that gave us 40 inches of rain, Hurricane Rita in 2005 and Hurricane Ike in 2008... V+
