I think this is just spot on. The evening light gives the scene a tranquil look.

Replaced the original with another with the shadows pulled out even further. It is better, but probably not enough. My exposure was actually for the sky but in PP I decided I wanted to see more of what was in the shadow area. Just not enough left to go much further I'm afraid.

The Ziggurat was built in 1997 by sub-prime lender, The Money Store. The business was acquired by a bank and the building put out to lease. The State of California Department of General Services currently occupies the building. With the 15 year lease due to expire in 2016, it will be interesting to see if DGS stays there.
