Brad, that's so amazing! Yes bottle caps are interesting artifacts now. Their still used, but all those old soda pop brands would make a great collection. I think its too late to collect them for me. I would think finding a Chocolate Soldier cap would be a tough find. Do you remember those Brad? I didn't like them but my brother Danny loved them! I was more of an orange crush kinda kid.

Shirley, I remember going through those coins with Marv, that was a long task. I also like the way these treasure seekers are so intense at discovering hidden items for their collections. Looks like a place that I could spend a few hours browsing all of the interesting stuff.

well, my Dad after World War II, went to Purdue University, in Indiana, US, he earned a mechanical engineering degree, and went to a factory, where they made Bottle Caps, he went to the former Czech Republic, Columbia, Mexico, Columbia and made machines to make such bottle caps, it may seem like such a trivial manufacturing job, but these little things are made by a large number of people, and when you snap off that bottle cap, you can think of my Dad, I love the scrutiny of the people , looking just to find the treasure that they have been looking for

The bottle caps look like a lot of fun! We used to collect them when we were kids. I don't remember why, I'm thinking we got paid for them? Maybe someone else my age will remember collecting bottle caps? Really a fun photo Endika. Marv is a bit of a coin collector. Most aren't worth more than their normal value, but some are nice ones. He used to work for NWA so he would find change from all around the world and he has a pretty big mess of those. Michael was so kind and sat and helped sort them out one time he visited.
