Nice use of the low angle; it makes the building seem to recede from the viewer, just as has happened to it in real life in a metaphorical sense. The abandoned syringe speaks volumes, as do the broken windows.

surprising that whoever used the syringe put the cap back on.... concerned about safety?

The two things that really caught my eye were the power of the extreme distortion from the fisheye and the syringe at the base of the steps. Although beautiful, the building show signs of disrepair while the syringe speaks of a person in disrepair. Beautiful colors, clarity and a sad message. Voted++

Nice how you zeroed in on the needle. The lens did the job well. V

Urban decay and despair - the used syringe says it all. V

Great with this very low perspective and so powerful with the used hypodermic needle in the foreground of the abandoned synagogue. As if God has left this place. "V"

The fisheye lens gives the perfect distortion to this abandoned synagogue, resulting in a mood one couldn't normally achieve. V.
