We bid the park a fond farewell and headed to Lunenburg, a town that was planned by someone in England without a relief map. So the streets are laid out in a grid pattern, with some of them going up very steep grades. It still has very old buildings, many of which are now shops catering to tourists. It's still a working town, however, noted for its shipwrights. Sailing ships from all over the world put in here for repairs or refitting. Jen got a ride on the "Bluenose II" a replica of a famous Nova Scotia fishing schooner (it's on the Canadian dime).
