Looking at her prospects of playing in High School and not seeing a chance to make a team she is facing her fear and trying out for a local club volleyball team. Having started late to the sport, being short and not having the best serve she counters it with a great attitude, work ethic and a desire to play. I am rooting for you sweetheart. Facing fears head on is all badass in my book and it shows character. That's what counts in life. If you make the team or don't, you're trying and putting it out there regardless of the potential outcome.... Now, go outside and practice your serves fifty more times tonight.
