The reflection is terrific, the sky is great, the birds are an added bonus.
However the very thing that enables the reflection and the sunset colours in the clouds is a distraction - the sun in my opinion needs to be toned down;
also a slight crop to the upper sky wouldn't hurt even if you lost one or two of the birds.
