The Cavell Meadows loop is 6.1 km/3.8 miles with a 400 m/1300 ft elevation gain. We intended to hike the full loop, but when the rain showers started we decided to cut the hike short. We were still able to get some great views though of Mount Edith Cavell and Angel Glacier. Mount Edith Cavell stands at 3363 m/11,022 ft tall and is the tallest mountain in the area.
