After our first initial climb up the moraine we had only small, gradual climbs interspersed with traverses. We paralleled the glacier and eventually came to the main drainage from Snowbird Meadows (5.6 km/3.5 miles). We took a left turn, climbed some switchbacks, and found ourselves in Snowbird Meadows. Perfect spot for a picture of Steve and Norah and Robson Glacier.
