I visited about half a dozen home-based catfish farms that used concrete tanks for fish culture. Unlike many other species of fish, African catfish can bring air for their oxygen supply and can be crowed much more intensely. Thus the fish culture containers can occupy a much smaller footprint and become practical for home-based women.
