Milk with Oats (Dinner)
Due to the problem of my immune system has been happening, just had an operation.
I felt an obviously irregular heart rate while I was anaesthetized, owing to the effect upon the adrenaline,
I eased my mind till my doctor said PERFECTION during the final procedure, the doctors spent three hours on the surgery.

今天的晚餐 牛奶與燕麥奶
醫生花了三個小時完成兩項口腔內手術(下午兩點半～五點半)，想放鬆仍會緊張，
術前注射麻針當時，突然覺得心跳越來越快，得知是因為麻醉劑含有腎上腺素使局部血管收縮，
可以延長麻醉的效果，知道原理就不會無知恐懼，即使身體有疾病也要當個有智慧的病人，
唯獨在今天的三個小時手術程序當中，恨不得自己不懂英文、不懂醫學專有名詞...。
因為整個過程，我都聽到也就知道每個步驟，再則，手術刀等工具在口腔內
ㄎㄧ˙ ㄎㄧ ㄎㄧㄚ˙ ㄎㄧㄚ，感覺金光閃閃！
自1999年免疫系統病發起，我就上Amazon買(有關自己疾病)醫生進修課程的書籍，
研讀理解原理就能減輕盲目的恐懼、讓自己輕鬆生活。
所以說，自己很沒智慧地，因為聽懂醫學專業名詞而讓自己害怕每下一步驟
直到聽醫生自言自語"完美"，我心情就放鬆了，不過，還是給自己個嘉獎，算勇敢的！
