American Airlines B727-223Adv N864AA, the last AA 727 to perform a revenue flight the previous day, performing at the 2002 Ft. Lauderdale Air & Sea Show. Another B727 flight and aircraft got the ceremonious last flight designation late in the afternoon the day before but this aircraft made the real last revenue flight from TPA back to MIA the night before so it could participate with AA's B777-223/ER N797AN at the air show before it was flown off to the desert.

This was the last air show that I shot with film. I obtained a Fuji S2 Pro 3 months later and have never looked back.
