Located in Mitchell, this two-story brick and frame dwelling, built in 1914 by Maurice B. Quivey, is a modest interpretation of the
Prairie style. The property also includes a one-story frame gazebo. M. B. Quivey was coowner of the Mitchell Mercantile Company,
established with F. M. Raymond in 1905.
