"One day after date I promise to pay James Cummings or his assignors the sum of one thousand and
forty five dollars for value received without (Illegible). And I hereby authorize the prothonotary
of any court of this state or any attorney of any court of record to appear for me and enter
judgment for the above sum with cost of suit and release of all goods. Witness my hand and seal.
