I was asked to shoot an event - that admittedly, was out of my norm! I jumped at the chance. I had a free weekend, why not. Drove up north near Parry Sound, Ontario for the King of the Shield 4x4 event. Wow... That's all I have to say! This is the first time in about 4 years they have run the event due to some issues with a couple local residents. The organizers have put all that behind them, and re-vamped the event. With about 300+ spectators that all would have driven hours to come watch the invited 23 off road rigs do their best to navigate a course that was not for tame of heart! It was difficult to walk, let alone drive on! (EDIT - No Brad.. I didn't fall). Great day all in all and hope to see this continue for years to come.
