1/8" $3.00 Ebay carbide (cut nearer to camera) vs 1/8" HSS from a miniature set purchased around 10 years ago. HSS EM has been used several times. Carbide is supposedly new. Speed=4000 RPM, feed=4 IPM, length of cut=2 inches. Fingernail deburring done only on sections of the carbide cut, they needed it. No deburring on the HSS cut.
