The first hiccup on the days itinerary manifested itself here. The planned Moor St to Marylebone service was cancelled at short notice and a reprogram was required.

Luckily a second 68 hauled set was due to pass thru Moor Strret to Snow Hill and then make the journey back to Marylebone. We would catch this at Snow Hill but would use a local train to get there first so we could witness its arrival.

So we waited on the platform for the London Midland, my favourite train company, service to turn up.
