Whilst this is a similar train to the FGW we used , and in isolation the carriage was fine, it was no where near as elegant and sophisticated and the Paddington to Newton Abbot train.

Now there is a station with a problem....it is perpetually being updated, the platforms dark and dingy, totally unwelcoming. What was seen of the concourse seemed confusing and disjointed but hey let us let them finish it and review it again.....as it stands 5/10 for New Street, 7/10 for XC trains as the first class was where it should have been!
