You have shown sufficient of the surroundings here to add strength to the nature story. That story would be even stronger if you could capture the birds interacting with one another. Patience is the key to successful nature photography! Because the birds are in the shade they have a rather dull appearance and this is emphasised because it contrasts so strongly with the bright part of the tree on the left of the image.
