Located in Lincoln, the house is a one-and one-half-story American Bungalow style residence. It was built in 1919 by contractor R.O. Stake for
his own family. The house is significant as one of a small group of residential projects of the master Lincoln architect George Berlinghof and an
especially rare example of his work in the American Bungalow style.
