The entry compound to the Gin Tent, surrounded by birch branches, lit with ethereal blue, as was fitting for a festival themed 'dark' and juxtaposed with exhibitions of light and colour. The venues stretched through industrial areas and old warehouses, through the Art School precinct, along the docks and waterfront, around to Salamanca Place and Princes' Wharf. Distance - maybe half a kilometre, but don't trust my guestimate.
