what car is this Sat 1

any ideas on what type of car this is?

Clues: The chassis, motor gearbox etc. was made in England
And the body was made in North Melbourne [Victoria, Australia].
The car was at the Sarina Show [Queensland] in 2003.

by the shape of the body and the construction I think this is a model around 1935. Anyway it is a beauty IMHO. Thank you for showing.
