That sort of Sunday

It rained non-stop for most of the day, just clearing in time for us to take Fudge for a walk this evening.
It's cool too, probably cooler than the Australian winter.
Toffee had the right idea and spent the afternoon sleeping on our bed.

Laine and Yvonne are right; not so warm over here on the east coast either. It's bright and sunny during the day but there is a cold wind a'howlin', one that led to a nice dump of snow up in the ski fields in the last few days. I can hear it just outside the window right now. Lovely to be standing on a railway platform in that at 04:30 as I had to this morning.
The cat here has Toffee's idea. He seems pretty relaxed there, and his orange and white fur makes a nice contrast to the coloured patchwork. Just don't let the mother in law see this shot if that's the blanket I think it is...

Ohhhh, I shouldn't laugh...but it's only warmer up here in Qld..those down south are freezing ( if that helps :)
