Culinary Farms seems to produce dried tomatoes there now. (In the past as Valley View, it was dried fruit.) They're very busy with processing right now so I should have a chance to see what they do with them.

Wonderful old boxes/crates. What does Culinary Farms use the crates for? I just love that you can see they've been used for many years, which is pretty neat!
