So by these criterions, this lens is not made by CZJ.
One manufacture (Chinon?) made it in Japan IMO, although Chinon itself never made its own lenses.
Someone else made the lens, but no one knows it. (BTW, macro goes to 1:2.8 by my measurement.)

These two lenses have very unique aperture from 2.7 to 3.5, no other zoom has this.
