Home, Sweet Home

view map

As we camped near Lake Aloha in the Desolation Wilderness.

Kept me dry as we had a couple of thunder showers that night.

My luck there would be a few stones under the tent that I missed clearing out :-(

With my luck I would have the tent with the hole...is there a motel nearby ? :))

A good looking lightweight tent for trekking.

Nice shot of your campsite. Tents sure have evolved since I went camping last in the 70's.

Anything that keeps one dry in a shower is a good thing! I remember one such night when the seams in the tent leaked on my brother-in-law, his son and me. Our families were sleeping in a camper. We had to make a mad dash for the camper and were then dry, if somewhat cramped for space. :)
