Dettifoss is a waterfall in Vatnajökull National Park in Northeast Iceland, and is reputed to be the most powerful waterfall in Europe.This is a view from the west bank ( you can see a person with red right across for scale ) but unfortunately i couldn't get down close to the waterfall as it was close the path due to the still slippery surface .If i knew the situation i would visit the waterfall from the other bank ,that i have visit last year.
