Fire Wave

Valley of Fire State Park, Clark County, NV view map

A more colorful counterpart to the much more popular Wave in Coyote Buttes. The multicolored
layers of sandstone were beautiful even though the morning light was becoming harsh.

This is a merge of five exposures for HDR.
