Cleebourg

Squatting smugly in the midst of its vineyards, which extend for a kilometre or two northwards. This village (and presumably the vineyards) used to belong to the Swedish crown, back in the days when Sweden was throwing its weight about.

I got home on dry roads, but over in Germany it was hammering down. Ohne mich.

Looks foreboding- lots of smoke from grilling on the barbecue?

Love the strong foreground colors softening as the eye gets farther into the scene.

That's a delightful scene, John, and the sky does look ominous. Glad you were able to stay dry - at least here. ;)

Really pretty, nice and green! It's so dry here, we may lose some of our greenness!
