Today I am cooking some pork ribs. I haven't used my cooker for a long time. I feel sorry for that. Anyway, here the smoke is coming out indicating the ribs are in a tasty environment for cooking. I have a question for you regarding proper barbecue etiquette.

QUESTION: Is it allowed to switch varieties of beer while the meat is in the cooker?

ANSWER: Yes, as long as the beers were brewed in Texas. Today it was Shiner lager and Saint Arnold Summer Pils. Both good choices.

Beer is a matter of taste. I have to say
that I like Alexander Keith''s IPA

Didn't think there was such a thing as a good beer brewed in the US. Real beer is brewed north of the border

Haven't thought about that.
Why would you want to do that?

Interesting question and answer.
What if you switched to root beer (brewed anywhere)?
