Sunset and sky over a flowage near clam Lake Wisconsin. While I was balancing on tussocks of grass trying to stay dry at the edge of the water mosquitoes swarmed me
and kept flying in front of the camera. I used my hat to shoo the bugs from in front of the lens before tripping the shutter all while trying to keep the tripod steady
and not fall in. A river otter swam up to within 30 yards to see what was going on and a common loon did the same just before dark. Eventually I fell off and was wet up to my knees,
but what a great way to watch the sunset in northern Wisconsin.
