Gus Update - Another step in growing up.

My little fledgling Black Vulture is spending more time alone now. Once the young vulture is old enough,
his parents will spend up to 11 hours away from the nest, and feed the youngster twice a day.
Meanwhile, Gus spends his entire day on my windowsill. He has lost a lot of his baby fuzz since last weeks photo *see below.
With new feathers, Gus' wingspan is about 3 feet.
I think he'll be flying next week.
