Shooting across the Genesee River Gorge. The adults are flying above and below the nest
but not returning to the nest at this time. The location is heavily wooded
allowing a very small window of view with a camera so photographing the adults in flight is not an option.
My tripod is three feet from a 200 foot drop to the east and a 35 degree slope north/south...
a physically and mentally challenging location.
