This is the first day we've seen the sun for more than a couple of hours in the last month. Flooding has taken its toll. I went out to the lake and saw water coming up to the back doors of houses and the parks pretty much disappear from the water. However, this man and his daughter decided to make the best of it and journey across the lake.
