I recall this being a Valentines Day promotion at Kmart and this
"plush Loveable bear" came with Milk Chocolate Caramel Daisies.
She was presented in a red cardboard box with cellophane front.

Use by date of Nov 2000 which dates the beanie to the late 1990s
Not officially a Beanie Kid but was made by Skansen Giftware and
has the Skansen tush tag.
