They are everywhere throughout the garden right now... unfortunately not edible, they're
called "yellow stainers" and to eat them you could get quite sick. We have a fungi
expert in the family and she warned us about them many years ago. Originally when we
first moved here we did have the edible tree mushrooms, but the road was upgraded and
fresh soil brought in to lift the level of the road, and in came these yellow stainers
which hybridised with our lovely tree mushroom and quickly took over.

I used an extra filter on these to give the effect of the triffids... you remember them?
