LITTLE PLANE, LITTLEST PLANE

Springfield, Illinois

I'm finally back in Texas for a while. Got this one sitting on top of Gate 4 at the Springfield airport...only 4 gates in the airport. Only one plane at a time are ever here. And, when you depart you go down the staircase outside of the plane to enter into the building. Very cool airport, I think.

:) About the Mail Planes, as my Uncle flew a mail plane in Pennsylvania in the 20s. Nice work on the photo. Good with the vignette. V

Lindbergh and my father both flew mail out of Springfield back in the Twenty's! Nicely seen!
