There are a lot of these type cheese places in Holland, many like this one has samples to try.
This one is on the main path from the train station, obviously to get tourists. I knew I was on track. There was also a good fries place, which made me wonder why I struggled so hard to find the one in Amsterdam that Lonely Planet suggested. Ditto of raw herring as there was another one down the street from where I was staying that I figured out was the one Frommer's recommended.

I liked the one near the Anne Frank House, but bought what cheese I got from the De Kaaskamer (or the Cheese Room). I thought I had a picture of it. My second visit they offered me tastes of their cheese when I asked for the ones that a guide book said I should try. But I liked the smoked one I got from first visit best, and the farm house one I got then grew on me as I finished it on the rest of my tour of Holland.
