I knocked one off my bucket list when I climbed to the top of Tippings' Mountain aka as Trumpet Hill yesterday evening with a local hill walking group.
First we wended our way through the beautiful ancient woodlands with its carpet of wild flowers before scrambling to the rocky top of the mountain.
There wasn't much time for photography as we were racing to be out of the woods by dusk.
As the walk was a last minute decision resulting from a story I did that afternoon, I hadn't had a chance to charge up my camera battery and naturally it died just before we got to the top.
