Not exactly what I would call an urban location, the locals would disagree with me though.
Well exposed and framed and the inclusion of the end 80 sign places it in a local community area.
What this image captures and depicts well is the inability of certain members of our society to pass a landmark
without leaving their mark, many believe they have a right to do it.
